Writing itself is done alone but the art of writing comes from a community of ideas. Author interviews are one way to find out what successful writers are doing to make their work original and desirable. By learning from those who have already traveled the road, you can find out what the obstacles are and how to tackle them in your own work. No writer ever sits down and types up a great book. They’re pieces of intense work and thought. Read through the interviews and see what worked and didn’t work for these authors. If you haven’t already, check out their writing.
